The product is mainly made of high quality pvc plastics and embedded spiral steel wire as reinforcement layer. Therefore, the product has both rigidity and flexibility, sufficient mechanical properties and rigidity, and excellent flexibility.
Pvc spiral steel wire reinforced hose is transparent, smooth and bubble-free inner and outer wall, clear and visible fluid transport, acid and alkali resistance, high elasticity, anti-aging, light and soft quality, small bending radius, long service life, high pressure resistance, and can remain intact under high pressure and vacuum.
Pvc steel wire pipe can be divided into industrial non-toxic grade (specially pumping industrial water, oil, chemical raw materials, low concentration chemicals and other liquids, particles, powders) and food grade (adding high-grade environmental plasticizers, protect from phthalate esters and heavy metals, non-toxic and tasteless, food-specific, suitable for transportation of life water, juice, milk, beverage, wine, jam, etc.)
Wire reinforced hose can be divided into normal temperature hose (widely used, temperature range – 5℃ to 65℃), low temperature resistance pipe (adding low temperature additives, can be used in low temperature environment, temperature range – 35℃ to 65℃) and high temperature resistance hose (adding high temperature additives, can be used in high temperature environment, temperature range – 5℃- 160℃).
